WILUS APPOINTS SISVEL AS LICENSING ADMINISTRATOR OF ITS WI-FI 6 PATENT PORTFOLIO
Wilus is pleased to announce that it has appointed Sisvel as licensing administrator of its Wi-Fi 6 patent portfolio.
Sisvel is making Wilus’ valuable portfolio accessible on fair, reasonable, and non-discriminatory terms by offering a royalty-bearing, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-exclusive license, with no right to grant sublicenses, under Wilus' patent portfolio essential to the 802.11ax specification.
Wilus has been actively participating in and contributing its innovations to the Wi-Fi 6 standardisation process since the very beginning of its development in 2014. It is among the top technical contributors to the standard.
